In the Spring of 2015, he was inducted into Morehouse College’s Martin Luther King Jr. More Info General Info Established in 1919, Unity of Birmingham practices and promotes the truth principles as preached by Jesus Christ. In 2013, he received a DMin (professional Doctor of Ministry) from the UAIC seminary. In 2012, he was incardinated into the UAIC as an interspiritual priest & teacher. He has taught at local colleges & spiritual centers in Atlanta, GA for over 12 years. Jesse has also obtained Reiki Master Certification in the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing with the Reiki Institute of Atlanta. We long for our church to be a community from all cultures where Christ is King. He has completed additional post graduate training in Rational Emotive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Training, as well as additional training in Clinical Trauma Support with the Arizona Trauma Institute. Jesse Eugene Herriott studied English Literature at the University of South Carolina, completed a Masters degree in Behavioral Sciences from Keiser University, and has post graduate certification in Geropsychology and in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
